To apply for a loan, you will have to provide your Maven with detailed documentation of your financial history. We will request a credit report from a credit agency even though we do not consider credit scores, we do look at other factors on your credit report.  Maven Mortgage will verify the information provided in your loan application to give your final approval.  Be prepared to provide:

• Social Security numbers for both you and any co-borrowers
• Copies of checking and savings accounts statements for the past three months (more may be needed depending on your situation)
• Recent paycheck stubs 
• W-2 withholding forms, income tax returns and tax transcripts for the past two years to verify your income and proof of employment
• The name and address of someone who can verify your employment
• Residence history for the past two years
• Copy of driver license or government issued identification
• Completed online monthly household budget
• Additional supporting documents may be needed
